QuickSend relies on global telecommunications infrastructure, specifically Twilio and WhatsApp, to deliver your invoices.
To maintain our standing with these providers and global regulators, we strictly enforce this Content and Conduct policy.

2. Anti-Spam Mandate
Unsolicited messaging is illegal and strictly prohibited on our platform.
- You may not use QuickSend to send cold marketing campaigns, promotional blasts, or unsolicited offers.
- If your account generates excessive 'Spam' or 'Block' reports on WhatsApp, your QuickSend account will be permanently banned.
- Bans resulting from spam violations are not eligible for refunds.
3. Prohibited Content
You agree not to use the platform to invoice for:
- Illegal goods, narcotics, or highly regulated substances without proper licensing.
- Fraudulent services, scams, or extortion.
- Content that is abusive, harassing, or exploits vulnerable individuals.
4. Twilio & WhatsApp Liability
Because our delivery relies on Twilio's WhatsApp Business API, you are explicitly bound by their policies:

- QuickSend reserves the right to audit your invoice sending patterns to ensure compliance with these upstream providers.
